Started with Salmon Carpaccio –fresh and perfectly spicy.Oysters Rockefeller —-fresh shucked and topped.Honestly?The best Oysters Rockefeller Ive EVER had.Regrets –Ive had a few and tonight I regret only ordering 6, Go for 12.Pork Belly Bao with fresh kimchi, KFC [thats Korean Fried Chicken ] and Speck Wrapped Asparagus OH MY!Seriously, they outdid themselves and then theres the Spam Fried Fried (I forget what its really called) with a perfect fully cooked egg perched on top —nostagic?Daring?Whatever your reason dont pass it by.Service as always friendly and attentive —some old faces & some new but all good.
