Small restaurant but the sushi was great. Very reasonably priced for it being in a tourist area. Service was also great. I will be back again.
Good food, TERRIBLE service!. My uncle and I ordered 4 different sushi rolls tonight at 7pm. They told us that it would be ready to pick up in 30 minutes. We got there at 7:50 which would give them a little bit of extra time in case they were pretty busy. However, when we got there there was a group of 4 just finishing. They were the ONLY people in the restaurant and our food still wasn’t ready. We waited till 8pm until we said something. After we told them that we ordered an hour ago they said they were almost done and it would be ready in just a minute. However, we didn’t end up getting our food and leaving until 8:25…pretty much an hour after they said it would be ready. To take things even further, they were extremely late on a delivery and people called multiple times asking where their food was and the staff lied to them saying that it should be there already even though the delivery driver had just left. They even didn’t get my order correct. On the only positive note, their sushi was pretty good. Don’t go there or order from there if you are in a rush!
The place is really basic but we had good food there. Raw fish was fresh and tasty as well as the rest of foods we got. Service was fast.
Great food, relaxing vibe. My husband and I visited this weekend. We had two rolls (Peter Pan roll and a smoked salmon/raw salmon roll), tuna sashimi, white tuna sashimi, and salmon sashimi. They were all excellent, especially the white tuna. The restaurant was very clean and the server was patient. They have you mark your selections on a paper menu which is ultimately stapled to your final bill. That was great because it ensured that we communicated clearly (no sushi vs. sashimi mixup). The music was quiet and it was a great experience for us.
I get a Kick out of TAKE SUSHI. Nice little family run place. Fresh food, good service and not to hard on your wallet. I am a local and eat here weekly. Never had a bad meal.
Very good Sushi at a resonable price. They generally have nightly specials that help a little more with the bill. Good service and also has options for the non sushi lover. I high recommend. My family makes it a point to go there each time we are in Orlando.
