Received a pizza delivery where the pizza was received up side down in the box. Called the store and asked that the pizza cost be credited and the old pizza be picked up from the front porch of the house. We were credited, but a store representative showed up at our door and overturned the return pizza on the porch making a mess. We called to ask them to remove the mess and they said that they refused to do so.THIS IS ABOUT THE WORST FOOD SERVICE COMPANY THAT I HAVE DEPLT WITH IN 40 PLUS YEARS!!!
I’m not sure where some of these reviews come from and where the thoughts are. Backstreet is at best an okay pizza place. Moving from New England to Florida most of the pizza joints just don’t match the hype.We ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pie, there was little flavor and the crust was a bit hard. Maybe my expectations are still a bit high. If you need quick pizza and the chains won’t do, backstreet might be a good fit.
