WORST STAFF EVER!!!. A friend and I stopped in for lunch during our hour lunch break. The restaurant was empty considering it was lunch time, but we stood there for a good 15 minutes waiting for someone, ANYBODY, to acknowledge us and sit is down to eat. A few waitresses walked right past us, but they didn’t help us. We just left. I refuse to give business to a place that has such rude staff, so we went to Publix and got subs instead. And as always, were provided with fantastic service from the moment we entered to the moment we paid!
Overpriced, paltry portions. Prices are way high here, used to go in at happy hour and order wings, but those are too expensive for the size they are. Too many other places in town selling the same thing for less, for example, Froggers.
Celiacs and other people with allergies BEWARE. After reviewing the extensive list on their website for Allergy information, I decided to take my family for dinner. When I mentioned I had celiac the waitress said she was aware of it because her neighbor has it. BUT..When my dinner arrived the wings had flecks of breading on them. I was then told that everything is fried together in the same fryer. The manager was clueless as to the consequences, and stated that corporate should never have put the info on their website if it was such a big deal. Stay away!!
We like going there and the food is good except they skimp on the fries. It’s really expensive for what you get. But that’s not their fault I guess. Some decent specials would be good.
I like. I always enjoy going there and we love the hot sandwiches. The kids keep busy with the games and the tvs so it keeps everyone happy
Owner. Has zero personality staff is very young. Owner us also rude will never go back
Improved. Must have new owners or managers. Service is so much better and food is better also. If you were turned off before give it another try.
