What’s the clear crap in the Pork????. Worst BBQ I ever had in the US and I’ve been all over. Kinda sad since I support local small businesses since I am one. Went to a catered party by C&W and the host bragged about how great it was. If it was just one item I would be OK move on everyone has a off day but the BBQ pork, beans, pasta salad, and BBQ sauce all were terrible. What I kept thinking to myself is that everyone eating thinks this is good food. What was the clear looking union things in the pork??? No one knew after asking many people. The BBQ sauce looks like French salad dressing(orange) and is way sweet and watery. The beans had to of been dumped in a pot and smothered in ketchup and small amount of brown sugar. Very watery and disappointing too. I know different regions of the US people like different types of sauce because I travel all over and always try BBQ where ever I go. This was like no sauce I have ever tried or seen. I’m no expert but I know good food. I’m not here to bash a nice old lady just let others know what I experienced.
