One of the worst experience I ever had poor service, bad management, food that was order came to us all wrong and missing ingredients, and servers that didn’t know what they were doing. All together dinning at this restaurant was a disaster and I will never go to this restaurant again. Stay away from this place. I give this place a double thumbs down. I use to be a Chili’s fan but not anymore. Plus food was served to use on broken plates.
Wait 50 minutes uncook chicken…. When you wait 50 minutes to get your order and the burger comes out wrong with no fries; and then, the wait for the replacement is as long. And, your second order arrives with the chicken uncooked. Wow! I dont know what else could have gotten wrong at this location!
I enjoy Chili’s food and overall value however this location leaves MUCH to be desired, especially during peak times. Every time I eat here at night the service is terrible. Appetizers come out with the food and somehow the bill always needs to be sent back. Should not have to tell our server what is on the two for $20 list. Usually the restaurant is dirty. Needs new management.
The service was horrible the last 3 times I’ve been there. We never got asked if our food was okay, our waitress never even smiled, never refilled our drinks , took awhile to get anything we asked for like napkins to-go boxes. I do not recommend
Needs improvement. I used to be a fan but lately they have slipped down a notch, although service was good (the manager came by a few times to see how things were doing), the kitchen needs a major overhaul. the food was bland tasting and not worth the 8 bucks that was paid for it for the meal during lunch time. i got the 1/2 order cajun chicken pasta, the chicken was rubbery like the kind you would find sitting around for a while and the pasta was tasteless despite the cheesy sauce. go hard or go home chili’s! tastychomps.com
It needs a good deep cleaning!!The foods not bad & take out service is great but the inside is filthy! Everything is always greasy & smells ESP the bar,
