The restaurant is pretty pricey for dinner. You’re better off going during lunch and saving some money and getting a bento box. The food is good. I got bulgolgi the first time and it wasn’t the greatest but the spicy chicken the second time was good.
It’s no Shin Jung…. Still, a welcome edition to the East Orlando area. This place is authentic for sure and the prices are as to be expected of a Korean restaurant. The food is tasty and the facility is clean. Will be back if in the area, but Shin Jung is still tops in my book.
Best Korean Food best restaurant in Orlando. Although I’ve only had Kimichi Korean twice, it is my favorite restaurant. I have eaten at every Asian restaurant in Orlando numerous times and Kimich Korean is the best. The atmosphere is nice and cozy and the food is amazing. Each dish comes in a large portion with numerous side dishes that are free to refill. All the side dishes are really delicious, especially the kimichi and pickled radish. The food is definitely worth the price which is around $15 and up. The staff are really friendly and provide awesome service. Even though a friend asked for a Korean dish that was not on their menu they were happy to make for him. This restaurant is seriously amazing. I have over tipped each time I went because they deserve it.
Great Meal!. First time here and so looked forward to going. Didn’t disappoint, love this charming place, the server very friendly and the food was delicious. Had the rice bowl with meat and vegetables called bibimbob, the beef bulgogi and steamed dumplings. The portions are large and took home leftovers. The meal comes with a variety of side dishes which were so fresh and I think the best kimchi in town. I purchased the cold pickled cucumber to take to work and it was a favorite. Will be back!
Amazing. Wow, who knew! This place was awesome, food was great. Had the grilled pork and the short ribs. The side dishes that come with dinner are delicious. This is a must try place! Go hungry, because portions were large and filling. Don’t let the strip center store front fool you, this is a great little restaurant. You could go every day of the week and try something new. I am normally not one to write reviews, but I was very excited to find this place. Check it out!
Good Korean food. I am not an officianado for Korean food but I have been impressed by this restaurant both times I have been there. Korean food seems to be a little meatier than Vietamese food food, which I really like, but I like it all the same for different reasons. This restaurant is excellent, and I would place it on the ‘A’ list of Oviedo restaurants.
This was a great little restaurant when it first opened. However, the prices have exploded through the roof and the quality has suffered. Be careful, the menue is misleading not only in price but ingredients as well. One example is the dumpling appitizers. They state a pork filling but it’s actually beef. No big deal perhaps. But if they mislead there where else? If they advertise a specific meat that’s what it should be.
