Worse customer service only worried about money. The owner is worried only about money. She yells at the poor woman giving samples misses one person walking by . She does it in her native tongue. Then when you ask for a cup of water she tries to give you bottled acting like she doesnt understand but then its 50 cents for water. Take yourself to the pasta place across the way. All fresh made pastas and sauce. They give you water free and an extra cup free to share too….
Good food lousy customer servive. This is truly the sickest thing but I eat there all the time the food is fairly tasty but the customer service is ridiculous the people especially Frank are the rudest people on the planet they heard you threw like a bunch of water buffalo treat you like garbage but they serve you fast and out you go and then you come back the next week it’s crazy
Awful! Absolutely horrible customer service. My portions were extremely small, the food tastes as cheap as it is. The employees were awful and it sometimes felt like they would gang up on you if you ask for something specific.
Food is delicious. Double meat is a great deal, especially if you’re sharing. Portions are large. It does get crazy busy, but I have never found the staff to be anything but courteous.
While the food is good, their customer service is lacking. It’s as though they are in a rush to herd cattle into the line and gain business. Aside from rudeness(usually only from the cashier-woman), the language barrier is quite troubling when trying to communicate. Anything outside of the normal phrases used to order, and it’ll go in one ear and out the other. The old management was much better. The new management was smart enough to keep their old cook(who is nice and remembers what we normally order-we’re regulars), but the cashier and sample givers were extremely poor choices.
The food is good there except that the management is extremely rude, especially the woman. The rudeness goes beyond their culture. Although the same people have been working there, there remains a language barrier which they have not tried to overcome. If it wasn’t for my younger son, who likes their food, I would refuse to give them my business.
This is the best ever. Go eat the chicken….. Yum now i want some, bye!
