Strange Manager Experience. Recently tried to order beef floutas online but forgot to confirm order. I went into the restaurant and got waited on by the manager. When I told him I was picking up from an online order, he was visibly annoyed and said he didn’t have it and I must’ve ordered at the wrong store. Nice. Then, I just said I’d order there and wait, he said okay it’d be less than ten minutes. My order took over 20 minutes and at least 6 people who ordered after me were served first. Then, I opened my food and there was a black short hair in my food, matching the manager’s hair which is honestly DISGUSTING. Not impressed, food was absolutely not with the wait/bad customer service.
