A mixed bag. The food here is a little different then most Chinese. On the plus side, The vegetables are typically of decent quality, and they use white chicken meat instead of the dark meat typically seen, so the dishes are a little less greasy, but not quite as favorable. Also they are more erratic then I expect, the same dish may be quite a bit different then last time you ordered it. Typically the Lo mien, sweet and sour, chicken and broccoli, and the make your own hibachi plates are pretty good. I have not been as happy with the seafood dishes. Egg rolls, and such are just ok. Prices are reasonable, though they increase then almost every month.
The food all tastes the same – unusually sweet. General Tso’s, Spring Rolls, Crab ragoons, all had a sweetness to them and no real flavor. Spring rolls had mushy mushrooms inside, but had no flavor. It took some examination to figure out what the mushrooms were. It didn’t taste bad, but us definitely wasn’t good.
After ordering, I was old the wait would be 10 min. I ended up waiting one hour before receiving my food. When I got home and began to eat my long waited chicken with broccoli, I noticed the chicken was either not chicken or a slimy type of meat. Very disappointed in what I received and the service I was given.
Not very sanitary, but the food is pretty decent and staff is friendly!
