MINUS FIVE STARS!!! This place sucked tonight! Got my receipt stamped at 5:39 pm only to find myself asking for a refund after waiting for 30 mins. The lady ahead of me did the same thing coz her family’s done eating and was yet to get her sandwich. There were not enough people on shift and the entire place was filthy. The kitchen was a mess. Worst experience I’ve had to get a quick dinner. Drove to Burger King down the street and had it my way. They got me bagged up in what felt like 5 mins. compared to this place. Too bad, I was so looking forward too eating that Monster Burger. Guess, I’ll have it in a different Hardees in Pensacola tomorrow.
