.the worst time I have ever had here was tonight. I have been to this restaurant many time for lunch and dinner before. First off after we where seated our waitress came and gave us or soup and no drink that we had ordered, we did finally get the drinks we had a very hard time getting refills and what I mean by a had time we would have to drink the ice that melted in our glass to have anything to drink. We we did get more to drink we did not get the right drinks, she gave me a glass of soda told me it was diet and I took a big drink and it was Dr Pepper. Some of the other people had to wait over 10 mins for there refill after they finally was able to get someone to our table. Why do you go to a hibachi for the show well we had a new worker there so we know that he can have mistakes, but he did no show he only thing he did was try to show us his skill with the knife and spatula and tried to do the volcano with the onion. As an adult I did not mind but we had a 5 year old who finally got to see some show as we where finishing on other tables. The chief we had did not even speak to us at all. We happen to come in at the same time as our neighbors so we decide to eat at the same table as them, so the assumed we where a big party which we were not. when the check was brought to us there was an 18% gratuity for a large part. When we asked the manger why we where charged that we where told it was because we where a large party and showed us that on the menu that a party of 8 or more was charged the gratuity, we tried to tell him we happen to come at the same time and he began to argue with us we where a large party. Even if we where all thogether there was only 7 of us total. I will never go there anymore.
