This place has very good subs. Their Hawaiian pizza is my sons absolute favorite. The pizza seems a little overpriced so I knocked them a half point on that. But the issue here is service. It is slow when they are crowded and slow when empty. If you are on a date and want slow service, run dont walk.
Just finished eating an order of pepperoni pizza I picked up at Santino’s. Unfortunately, the service impacted the experience negatively. I ordered via telephone and told it would be about 20 minutes. I arrived about 15 minutes later, paid for it and was told it would be about 10 minutes. I said ok and waited, noting the boxes sitting there waiting to be picked up. Approx 10 minutes later, a different person asks which order was mine to which I reply the large pepperoni and am handed a box that has been sitting there from before I even paid for the pizza 10 minutes prior. Needless to say I was less than amused with the now less than hot pizza and irritated that the individual who took my money couldn’t be bothered to check if my order was ready. I took the pizza home and since it was already cooled, the taste was less then desired. A bad experience all around. Previous experiences eating there have been better.

Pizza is always good the only issue is the service. I know teenage kids all need jobs but you would think they would have some type of adult mgr there to oversee what goes on. Had to go up and get my own food because the two kids were to busy flirting to pay attention to anything else.
Good local pizza and grinder sandwiches served up piping hot! Another one of my carry out favorites.
Mmmm. Great pizza and awesome prices! I only wish they would deliver to Milton. 😉
