Slow Service. Fast food is fast food – something quick and filling. This particular Taco Bell has possibly the slowest drive thru time I ever experienced. It seems like no matter what time of the day I go, it takes at least 10-15 minutes to receive your food… and that’s with no cars in the lineup. Going inside is a little quicker, but not by much.
Bad Service, Slow Service, Burnt Food. Went through the drive thru the other day at dinner time with only one car in front of us. From the time we placed the order till we got the food was 17 min. Today, I decided to try again at dinner time. This time I went inside and it only took 20 min. to get the order. After getting home with the food I found my son’s cheese quesadilla burnt. They had placed it in the bag with the burnt side down so you couldn’t see it till you got home and took it out. My wife then had to make him one, defeats the point of eating out and fast food, not that it was fast that’s for sure. When I drove back to the store the manager said nothing about the food being burnt just said something about having never done a refund and then gave me the two bucks back and that was all she said. What a great place, bring the kids!
