China Max in Palm Bay. I have eaten their food several times and I found several of their main dishes to be average due to lack of proper and sufficient seasoning. However, their House Special Fried Rice is excellent and I highly recommend it. I inquired but unfortunately they only serve it as a special order and do not include it in any of their other menu items.
Bad Service. I had been going to China Max for several years but now only do takeout as the servers are very rude and not attentive – even when there are hardly any people in the restaurant! The food is good – above average, but nothing amazing.

So unhappy with my family’s trip to this restaurant. The service was terrible I wish I could give a lower score than 1 star. The waitress was extremely rude and talked back to us. We continually had to ask for things instead of her just noticing. When we asked for items she acted like it was inconvenient. ( such as sauce, drink refills and the spring roll she forgot to bring) this was my first time coming to this resturant and we will not be returning. It was not very busy for a Friday night so our table shouldn’t have been a problem.She was the worst waitress I have ever seen. The food on the other hand was adequate and a nice portion.It’s a shame our experience was so bad. The restuarant looks very nice and the only sit down resturant for Chinese food we know about.
China Max has good food if you are looking to spend $40 for just two people. It was my first time here a few months ago and the service isn’t worth the money. The waitress was rude and seemed to busy for us even though the place was empty. I might return for the food since it was good but maybe I will just get takeout.
I’m a regular at the restaurant. I’ve been coming here since I was young. My favorite dish is the General Tso chicken.
Great little lunch spot, good value, around 5.50 includes soup and eggroll.
