Fresh and Healthy. I stopped at the Pepper Tree Restaurand after traveling8.5 hours from the Fla. Panhandle to Palm Bay. I was so hungry and the Pepper Tree Restaurant was right there on Palm Bay Road.I had a large salad with crisp romain lettuce and othergreens topped with homemade chichen salad. Thischicken salad was definitely homemade and fresh.Not too much mayo and fresh cooked chichen. I had a great meal and ate outsideat one of the tables in front of the restaurant. The inside was clean and bright, but I ate outside as it was a beautiful day. The bathroom was very clean. The servicewas very friendly and the lady that made my salad did a great job. I had a great experience at Pepper Tree and would advise anyone who wants to eat fresh and healthyto go there. The prices were fair and I would definitely go back the next time I am in Palm Bay, Fla.Sincerely,Connie Bailey
