  Bad Business! VERY BAD BUSINESS! Who’s food is that?. Ordered a medium pizza with 2 toppings and extra sauce for delivery. The person that took the order sounded like a young male and told my wife 30 minutes for delivery. Pizza is delivered and the driver is paid $17.00 ($2.00 more than quoted over the phone). Opened the box after the driver left to find out it’s the wrong order they delivered. Wife calls them back and she explains what we ordered. The lady said she was confused and that she took the order but it was in fact the male or her son that took the order. Another 1/2 hour for the correct pizza to be delivered and the cost now is $20.59 for a medium pie we ordered with onions, peppers, and extra sauce (a medium is $11.99 and 2 toppings with extra sauce is an extra $8.00? something wrong with this picture folks) I’d never pay $20 for medium pizza w/2 toppings sorry! Way over priced folks. You can get a 2 topping pizza for $8.00 elsewhere and do yourself a favor and go there….Now comes the best part… after they made the mistake, they asked for the wrong pizza back once we called them back, yes it’s ture, this is not a typo error – THEY ASKED FOR THE PIZZA BACK! HELLO? Wait another 1/2 hour and pay more for what? We told them we will bring the pizza back for a refund and we did (only 2 people in the whole place when we took the pizza back that should tell you something right there). We told them we will never return and will not. I have owned a restaurant/night-club in the past and never would have asked to return food that was a delivery mistake, but to deliver again at no charge with the correct order and not taking any food back. This is very bad business on their behalf and proving to be very cheap. That food could have been tampered with and resold to another customer, that customer could be you… think about that before you order there. You might have someone else’s pizza they delivered that was not right and returned…. recycled bad business pizza!

  Food from home!!!!!. This is the best Italian food in Palm Bay. Nobody makes a sauce Like they do at Viva Roma. The pizza has that crunch like you get from New York Pizza. If you like Italian food, you will like Viva Roma.
