Awful Customer Service. Toby, Manager, and her Mom should not be in the food industry. They do not know how to deal with customers and do not know that the customer is always right. Arguing over an order for a well toasted bagel scooped out that was not toasted well at all and not scooped out – instead of apologizing and offering to redo the item or refund the $3.13, they shouted at the customer and insisted they were right. Lost a customer who will now send all family and friends to competitor.

Never going back ! They may be busy and stressed but customer service is very important ! Very rude and nasty !
Horribly rude staff, food just as bad. Good bagels though. I suggest use take out only. Ordered corned beef hash. It took almost a half hour and it came out watery and mushy. I sent it back requesting they make it crispy on the griddle. Server came back saying that’s the way it’s coming today and they wouldn’t do anything about it. They then tried to charge me for the one bite of bagel and egg I took. I told them I was will to pay for it all if they prepared my breakfast as requested. They refused and said I was a troublemaker and not to come back. I had a similar experience here when I sent back overcooked over easy eggs years ago so they haven’t wised up.
Terrible omlettes. All the ingredients were bunched into the center of leaving three inches of empty egg on either side. It was not cooked through. The cheese was not melted and the eggs were still liquid in the center! They used chopped frozen spinich. The iced tea had no ice. The bagels was so-so.
Bagels And. Great place for breakfast and lunch… hamishe service…no credit cards is annoying.. the bialys are the BEST…
No Better Breakfast Around. Bagels & has the best breakfast by both price and quality – around.They are also very fast!Bagels and Bialies are amazing!
