Food always goodservice also usually goodLately construction outside and parking not as good as in the past, but maybe not the restaurants faultHowever lately, the management here has adopted a new policyCustomers (and even priority pre-booked patrons) are given a beeper and made to wait around 15 to 20 minutes near the reception area before being ushered to a table. Each time the place was two thirds or half empty.Does management think it impresses customers to be required to wait in line for 20 minutes even when the restaurant is not full? My opinion is that it doesntit only p.s them offPerhaps management ran a nightclub somewhere where waiting in line is an old trick and a long line outside is used as a ploy to tempt others Or do they simply like to use their beepers??

I know Carrabba’s is another chain restaurant, which normally isn’t my first choice, but on a recent visit here was pleasantly surprised. Service was excellent as well as the food.
Best steaks, great prices, good service.
