I have tried everything on the menu but the ownership/management is incredibly rude. I will never step foot in there again because of the way I was treated.
Delicious. The ambiance and decor of dd flats is modern and the music is pleasant. The variety of the menu allows me to select something new on each visit. It is a treat for me to bring my fiance to dine at this fine establishment. (Especially because DD Flats is where I proposed!) The waitstaff is friendly and knowledgeable to the different ingrediants to guide me through their menu. It Makes me feel comfortable in leaving my selection for the evening in their hands.Compliments to the chef!!
Terrible!. Don’t plan on going to this place unless your starving, because if they feel you didn’t order enough food they will add a $10 sitting fee to your bill. What kind of customer service is that?!?!? The wait staff was rude and confrontational. Our server made sure to let us know any mistakes that were made to our order was clearly our fault. We asked to see the owner multiple times over a 15 minute period but he couldn’t be bother to come talk to us. If I owned a restaurant I would go above and beyond to make sure my patrons have an enjoyable experience and come back. This is one of the most awful dining experiences I have ever had and I can guarantee that I will NEVER go back. They need to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.The food was nothing special, and way overpriced for a gussied pizza place.
AMAZING FOOD!! TRY IS A MUST!!!. This is an amazing restaurant…It is soooo delicious…We had the argentinean flatbread which is to die for..and an arugula shrimp salad…the portobello fries were good too–a very unique dish i have never had before 🙂 The service was great and the owner was extremely pleasant. I only have good things to say about this place….its definitely a one of a kind around the Boca area. Also, we had the cutest server who’s grandmother makes the desserts every morning from scratch—the white chocolate banana bread pudding served hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top is the way to go—weve heard the chocolate bomb is fantastic is well….WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!!!!!
Rosie. I have been to DD Flats several times, The food is always imaginative and consistent. There is such a wide variety of flatbreads. I love the Argentinian. The salads are always fresh and picture perfect. The deserts are house made and yummy!!. The service is good and they have a great wine list.
EXCELLENT GREAT FOOD ,ATMOSPHERE, AND SERVICE. I arrived with 5 friends and was greeted by a very sweet girl who took us to our table. After going through the menu, with so many wonderful items to choose from, she told us the specials of the evening. We chose a bottle of Cabernet,and proceeded with appetizers. We new the Sun Sentinel gave 4 stars to the restaurant, so we took their advice and ordered the Portobello Fries, Brie in pastry,and Oriental Wings Everything was to perfection. We ordered 4 different flats, the Argentinian, Sydney, Athenian and Barcelona. thin flatbreads with fresh toppings Skirt steak, shrimp, chicken and everyone of them was delicious. even though we were so full we were tempted by our servers description of desserts. You must save room for the chocolate Ecstasy ,not only did we have that but the white chocolate croissant bread pudding as well. Everything was amazing,and every plate was decorated like a piece of art. We are extremely impressed with DD Flats and can’t wait to get back.

Although small DD Flats really hit theThis spot from crispy fried calamari that was superb to flat breads that not only sounded great but also tasted great Dessert was fantastic and service matched Try their homemasarongria white or red they were both great I will be sure to go back again and again
