DID NOT LIVE UP TO ITS REPUTATIONMy wife and I started by sharing the volcano shrimp and egg roll. It consisted of four grilled shrimp and four egg rolls. It was a nice appetizer to share but nothing special. Dinner was served with very good garlic bread. My wife ordered the broiled scallops and she asked for them well done. They came out very undercooked. She sent them back and they cooked them some more but she did not like them. I ordered the house broiled swordfish which has a mustard glaze. My entree was cooked correctly and was very good. We ate at the bar and our bartender had an edge to her.
Not So Good. So we went to Kee Grill on 2/7 Sat night in season. We had a 7:45 reservation and arrived about 10 mins early. We were told it would be about 20 mins until we were seated. 50 mins later we were still waiting. Upon inquiry we were told that they don’t overbook. Rather people weren’t getting up from their tables. We were packed in like sardines waiting as it was a very cool night to wait outside. When we saw the manager we asked why they were so backed up. He very rudely said because we’re busy thank goodness. No apology, no anything. Finally we were seated but by that time it was late to eat by the time we were served. Now even though the food and service were good, the overall experience at this fairly pricey restaurant was dismal and not the least aided by management’s less than customer friendly attitude. The interesting thing for us is that we were giving Kee Grill a second chance after a similar negative experience there a number of years ago. So, for us that’s it. We’re not going back period. There’s lots of restaurants with good food. We don’t have to go to one where we aren’t treated well. My advice – stay away unless you’re prepared for a long wait despite reservations and rude treatment.

One of our favorites. Consistently good. Never had a bad meal here. ask for Sheryl as your waitress. She’s great..
In the sweltering heat of summer, there is no better place to take out of town guests. Service is impecable and all dishes meet expectations. The spinach side dish, a steak house style gratin, is deservedly very popular. The seafood was sauced and spiced with a light hand. Our server made the evening memorable.
