We have been to this restaurant a few times and have ordered take-out dinners. Overall, the service is friendly and the staff is helpful. The lighting is a bit too dark, unless you sit by the window during the day. As for the food, it is inconsistent. Some of the dishes are good, yet some are not. The portions are great, yet it is somewhat overpriced, especially the dishes featuring the red meats and seafood. If. You are hungry and want average Italian-style food, this is acceptable. However, if you want truly authentic Italian food, try elsewhere.
Mama Mia’s is absolutely delicious. I am from Boston and this is the best Italian food I have ever had (including in Italy). Get the Vodka combo, you will not be disappointed. Meals come with soup, salad, and garlic bread. I eat out 5-6 times a week and I promise this place is legit.
