Cozy, feels like family. Went there for Mother’s Day 2013 and had two great meals. Had not been there in awhile and was happy I remembered it was there. I had pork chunks and my wife got the steak, lots of food, had enough for lunch the next day. Would highly recommend, like the kind mom makes.
Delicious Cuban Comfort Food!. Family friendly…. Numerous menu choices…..Fair prices….Large portions filled with flavor! Can’t imagine many walking away hungry or disappointed…. Oh and reservations aren’t required….
I have been coming here for years for the lunch buffet. It is always wonderful and a great way to taste a variety of things to see what you like. I recently went for dinner and now I wish I had gone sooner. I got a special of skirt steak and shrimp. It was delicious and I had several choices of sides. Our waiter was very attentive. My friend said her tuna was excellent as well. This place is a gem.
Poor service. Decent food. Our visit to Padrinos was our first and likely last. the food was tasty but the waitstaff was incompetent. We waited too long to order and when we asked for a glass of ice it took him three trips to the table to remember and bring it. We were not there at a busy time either. If you are in a hurry or want waitstaff that knows what is going on, then skip it. They forgot to charge us for our buffet unil we brought it to their attention08 Jun, 2012Poor service. Decent food. Great Food, Great Atmosphere!. We have been going here as a family for the past 15 years. We have never had a bad meal, the wait staff remembers us always and the food is always superb! We espically like having our family get togethers here.On of our families favorite places to have a good, filling and fresh meal!
What was Zagat thinking?. Went here twice in the past 2 weeks – waitstaff was unresponsive, un- organized and unfriendly. First time watched the table beside us drink their Mojitos as our waiter told us they were out of lime and mint and couldn’t make them for us. Crazy us – we went back – second time they were out of half of the menu items – finally ordered cube steak (Out of skirt steak) that was horrible – no flavor and poorly prepared. We just moved to the neighborhood and won’t ever return.
Used to be good but find food to be bland and expensive.
