Mediocore/poor service and customer service but great food. The restaurant has a wonderful outside atmosphere and the food tastes great, but it lacks the professional service that an upscale Italian restaurant should have. We were greeted quickly and drinks were brought out quickly. Once our waiter Jimmy took our order, he was no where to be found for the next twenty minutes while waiting on our bread and drink re-orders. The appetizer came out the same time as the food (which was not requested) and one dish was ice cold out of the kitchen. We called the manager over because we still haven’t seen our waiter since he took our order and David re-heated our food. But, their was no customer service with offering a desert, or a drink on the house, or a complimentary appetizer. Was very disappointed with the customer service and how I was treated, so I will not be back for that reason. Otherwise food tastes great.
