Baked Bone Marrow. I am from out of town and got some of this as an app. It was my coworker’s idea, and it wasn’t something I’d order for myself, but I’m an adventurous eater so of course I was in. Let me just say, it is TO DIE FOR. Slice out a bit of the marrow, spread it on the bread, and top it with a little of the salad, and it’s culinary heaven. I literally woke up a couple of night ago thinking about it.
