Terrible customer service. I’m am very upset with the lack of service from this place. As a first time customer I would expect something a little more than I received. I waited in line and kept being ignored until I reached the end of the line. When I placed my order I was received by a very nasty lady who was completely unhelpful and unwilling to even attempt to assist me. The lack of customer service is appalling. I waited 30 minutes, I waited with a small child, I am pregnant and diabetic. I will never set foot in there again. I called to complain to the manager and she seemed to be the same lady from the front. Honestly work on the customer service because your store is an embarrassment.
Follow up to the owners reply. People are smart enough to understand the truth. The bottom line is the more you purchase the more you pay and if you purchase less you can save more. As with your replies to other unhappy customers you are not responding to my concerns. Thus once again you are showing how little you care about your customers. To reply with a sales pitch does not change the fact that your promotion forces your good customers to suffer. Yes my math is fine thank you. Lets be real. When I was in your store and asked about the promotion you got all loud and rude so I left. Then I went to your web site and took my time to write you a detailed account, yet you did not have the common courtesy to reply. Now you have avoided the issues and presented a sales pitch. For me it is easy.. I have posted all of our correspondence on our communitys web and yes I live nearby and yes a lot of your regulars live here and will shop elsewhere. My lawyer says your promotion is not legal as it goes against a Florida ordinance and he will make sure it is investigated. He is also willing to take this on as a class action to protect your good customers. There are lots of nearby places to buy bagels just as good as yours. It is a real gimmick; your customers must arrive at the right time, on the right day, buy the right amount and not too much to get a decent price, for all others not only are they overpaying but can easily just shop elsewhere and always get the best price without all your gimmicks. You have been exposed.. Too bad a decent response from you in your store and all this would have been avoided. You have only yourself to blame for your rude behavior.12 Mar, 2013BE VERY CAREFUL. Good place, decent products, geared to high volume and often with long lines and no parking spaces. The real problem is that they hate their good customers. If you purchase 50.00 dollars worth of product you get a coupon for 10.00 of on your next purchase of 25.00 dollars or more.. yes a little confusing, but.. if you buy 200.00 dollars worth of product you still only get one 10.00 dollar off card so make sure you divide your order into smaller amounts and check out more than once so you can save a lot more money. Then it gets even worse, if you are making a purchase and want to redeam your card for 10.00 dollars off on a 25.00 dollar purchase and say once again you are making a 200.00 dollar purchase then you can only use one coupon, but even though you should get 4 new coupons, they will not even give you one. Again divide the purchase and use the 10.00 dollar card on the first 25.00 dollars worth of product and then get new cards in groups of 50.00 dollar purchases. Wow now you are up about 100.00 dollars. Be careful, If you try to talk to them about the process they get really loud and really nasty. Perhaps it is just best to shop elsewhere..
Way Beyond Bagels is my favorite!!!. Way Beyond Bagels is the best! Best bagels, lox, salads, coffee, everything! Their customer service is amazing! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Great atmosphere. My favorite!!!
Someone call the Police!. Someone call the police! We have a highway robbery on Jog Rd. This insanely overpriced, cafeteria-style bagel joint charges the highest prices for bagels- bar none! The bagels are good but there are many bagel places in Boca and the surrounding area, in fact at the other places one can sit down and get served like a human being. At Way Beyond, one has to wait in line, like cattle, to pay the highest prices for bagels and salads this side of the Hudson River! Things are so expensive at this joint that they price for a 1/4 lb. Their prices are truly Way Beyond!

Worth The Trip. Fabulous bagels and an exceptional array of spreads and salads are what you find here. They have a cafeteria-style ordering setup that takes a few seconds to understand. You may wish to look at the selections from the area outside the line to expedite ordering when it’s your turn. Traveling from home in Central West Broward is well worth the drive.
Good food, a tad overpriced.. Good chicken salad. The brownies are amazing, but it depends on who makes it and or the day they were made, sometimes there somewhat dry or on good days there rich, fudgey and moist.
