Zaxbys service. Today again I went to zaxbys against my better judgements only to be told I was not able to get any grilled sandwiches or salads what the he’ll is going on this restaurant has really gone down hill in the last week’s I for sure will not go back they are always out of something or the drive through is a complete disaster cold food or wrong order I give up better start over a poorly managed store.
As an employee at zaxbys on Okeechobee it’s very saddening to read these reviews. I just ask that our customers please be patient with us Because our store is new as well as half of our staff.
Zaxbys. I wont goback yesterday a manager was rude and short with me she gave me the wrong order and as i walked away she abruptly said come backhere proceded to look in the bag and said wrong order no sorry i then waited another fifteen minutes for them to make my order correctly she doesn’t know her own food she shouldn’t be taking orders it will bea long time before i goback

First and foremost i would like to apologize on zaxby’s behalf, I am a employee at zabar’s and i must say reading these reviews are truly embarrassing…i am truly sorry we’nt t able to properly satisfy you guy..Being that fact that we just opened not to long ago and also we are the only zaxby s in west palm beach right now ..eveyone in town has been trying to try our chicken.. thats the reason we’ve been so busy and running around like chicken with our head cut off .and just like the customer we as employees are all new too ..so trying to learn the system may take time…But i promise we will do better i myself will be the girl with the smill on my face at all times and i we also go as fast as i can to get people in an out
Disappointed Customer. I visited Zaxbys/New Location 1/17/2015- ordered togo from inside cashier, extremely long wait approx 45 mMIn after i placed order, still no food, decided to cancel order’ refunded back on my credit-card was told by manager will see credit wintin 3-days , check acct ,no credit back to my account, made several calls to custormer service support line and location’ ,was promise resolution from upper management and return call, neverrecd call, as of today still no resolution, had to have my bank file Dispute awaiting response, on my refund. So Dissapointed.
Horrible service! Not the quality of northern restaurants. I waited until after the hype of opening was over to go to the zaxbys on okeechobee blvd. I ordered from servers that had tattoos all over and attitudes to match. After 30 minutes I got my order which was wrong. I was then informed I would have to wait my turn again to get the corrected order. I had to eat the food I did not order and left disappointed. I would not bring my family to this place. There are better places to spend my money.
No service. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru, and as soon as i reached my place to order, a young lady (very pleasent), came out to tell me that the computer was down and it would be a few minutes 15 minutes later, still nothing …well i guess i won’t be trying any zaxby’s. My first and last attempt
