Located in the LA Fitness Plaza is a Yogurt/Ice-cream parlor that I have been visiting often. My favorite Low Carb Yogurt is Peanut Butter. Its hard to believe its low carb, but who am I to challenge them. The Parlor appears old and tired looking. Could probably use a face lift, but this is not stopping the draw of many patrons to this location.
