Bad customer service. This has been our go to take out pizza for the last two years. Bad undercooked pizza tonight and after a call to complain not handled well by the young female staff member that took the call. After a 30 minute wait now cooking the pizza to be edible.

A Real Shame. My wife and I have been getting take out since this place opened. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week either Pizza or Pasta. We’ll I am sorry to say this place is going down hill. The quality and portion size has decreased in a big way. This place seems to have no direction right now. EG: tonight we ordered 2 orders of pasta with vodka sauce. When you call they ask for your phone number, when my wife got there to pick up the order and they took her money then when in back to get the order they said they were out of vodka sauce. Why no phone call to tell us so no time is wasted driving up there. But it seemed to be funny to the young girls at the counter. They have lost a very good repeat customer.

Interesting. The food is always great, but the manager constantly talks to the employees in a very condescending tone in front of customers which i don’t entirely agree with.

The food was good, but very greasy. And a tad over use of a garlic. The pizza only come in large size, which was a bit more than we needed for a family of 4 ( two kids toddler age). It was good, but I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

I enjoyed eating at Brooklyn Water Pizza & Pasta (In PGA National) Personally, the food was great. They make their pizza with very thin crust, so if you like that type of crust, you will definetly like this place. Being a middle class (money wise) man, I thought it was a bit expensive. It cost about $50 for just two pizza pies.

Good Pizza. We decided to try Brooklyn Water pizza for lunch. They have a very basic menu of Pizza, Pasta and Calzone. There are no pizza combinations like a meat lovers or Veggie so you have to add all the toppings you want to a cheese pizza. We added 5 toppings to a large pizza and two bottles of water for a grand total of $31. Not unreasonable but a little pricey. Don’t expect anything fancy here – it is just a neighborhood pizza stop with paper plates and plastic utensils. Overall the pizza was good – the pizza took over 20 minutes to make so if you are looking for a quick lunch you might be better off just ordering a slice.
