First review I have ever taken the time to post. Worst child’s ever. My husbands good was awful and mine was undercooked. The waitress should not be in the food service business. IJS.
Humiliated. My husband and I brought our three young children in to treat them to dinner. As we were waiting for our food, the host seated two older couples behind us even though the restaurant was fairly empty. The older woman was clearly grumpy from the get-go as she was complaining about her back, the seats, etc. So she decided to sit in the booth directly behind my daughter and myself. We were there celebrating something and my 8 year old daughter was excited and did a little happy bounce in her seat. The old lady turned around and accosted my daughter and told me to control my child. I explained she was a child and she was going to move in her seat a bit. (I have no problem keeping my kids under control, but my daughter did nothing wrong and my sons were quietly sitting and coloring). The woman told me again to try to control my daughter. Then the old woman’s husband got up suggesting they move. So the host finally came over and stood next to our table and repeatedly apologized to THEM. The old lady told him my daughter was jumping up and down in her seat. And as my daughter was humiliated and hanging her head embarrassed for doing nothing wrong, the ignorant host kept apologizing to this old cranky woman. My husband told him not to worry, we were fine. And the host looked shocked that we would think he was apologizing to us. Never mind that my little girl had just been humiliated in front of half the restaurant. I don’t understand the training in this restaurant that this host has gone through to not be able to correctly read where not to put an already cranky spoiled old woman and why on earth he didn’t feel the need to apologize to MY family on how we were treated. Chili’s has been a favorite of my kids, but we will never be back there again. Clearly this staff is not properly trained which is to the detriment of the management.

Horrible food and sub par service. Don’t waste your time, money or calories. RUN don’t walk to someplace else. This used to be a favorite quick stop. This location has gone way WAY DOWN HILL. Cold food, nasty tasting food, last experience there was our last.
