Great service and delicious vegan dishes
Decent Organic Vegan, But Prices are TOTALLY INORGANIC. I’ve eaten here a few times and my friends love it. It’s good, and outside of NYC and CA, you are hard pressed to find great vegan. But here’s my biggest beef with the joint: The exorbitant prices for a few greens and weeds. When I did ‘take out’ the other day and decided to try their green juice–I was in shock. I thought it was $4.25 for a small bottle. Turns out, that was the expiration date: 4/25. The SMALL bottle of juice (celery, apple and some other things) was almost TWELVE DOLLARS. I juice. Yeah, it’s labor intensive to clean that juicer. Yes, organic fruits and veggies are pricey. But they are buying in bulk and juicing in bulk. Their profits have got to be through the roof on juice alone. I love to see restaurants make money, but I don’t like to leave one feeling as if my wallet has been genetically modified. Bottom Line: Solid Vegan, Silly Prices
