Argue with customers. I have been there several times because it’s close to my home, but with their attitude towards customers I’ll drive to another city! They use to be with living social before Groupon. Their service has always been bad. They can’t keep any waitstaff. Always hiring. I went there with an expired coupon which it says they honor for value paid. It was 15. I informed them when I sat down and then ordered. The manager immediately came to my table and said at first she was not honor on it because they were now with groupon, then I pointed out the fine print, then she bad mouthed living social and told me I had to order off dinner menu. It was no longer a coupon, but 15 gift certificate that I paid for and should be able to apply as credit towards my bill. 15 is 15 no matter what I buy. Needless to say, she kept coming to my table to argue. I ordered off regular menu, but had already ordered a happy hour beer which she even charged me full price even though I already bought food to cover the 15. My family and I will NOT go back there and when we went, we usually spent 50-100 even with bad service. Not now with their bad customer service. What happen to taking care if the customer! Read the review in 7/12. It’s same problem.

We have gone there due to location and convenience.Went in this evening with a $40 dining certificate and was grossly overcharged 50% on all hand rolls ($7.00 ea.) and automatically charged 20% tip on the net amount (before tax) including our drinks. Talked with owners and all they did was argue with us. I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this restaurant as they are cheating their customers especially those using a coupon!!!In addition, food portions are way below standard.
