Owner. I’ve been a loyal customer for many, many years. This past weekend, I placed an order to pickup and when I got there and paid for it, I handed a $5.00 coupon to them that I received inside of the last menu I received. The man who claim to be the owner, said he has not accepted those in the past 4 months since he bought out his partner, Tommy. I said that I would at least expect that you would still honor the coupon and he said he would not and that Tommy did things behind his back that he wasn’t aware of??? So for years’ Tommy was putting out coupons and you weren’t aware of it? You sound like you were pretty much disconnected from the business. I’ve never been treated as poorly as I was that night and yes, I will no longer take my business there. He was very, very rude! He can take that $5.00 coupon and shove it.
