The service is very slow, had sashimi it was warm and did not taste fresh. Hibachi chef was less than average skill.Food was ok not great. Don’t go there for Japanese food because they’re not. Ebisu or Hokkaido in Abacoa is more fun and offers better service & authentic japanese food.
Very disappointing. Went on a Thursday night with party of 9 adults and 2 children for a relative’s birthday. The manager was rude, kept asking us in the lobby to split up into two rooms instead of everyone at the hibachi which we reserved prior. Waitstaff was equally rude- no smiles or greetings. They acted as if waiting on us was the last thing they wanted. Food was just okay. We won’t be returning there. Heard from friends that they had the exact same experience two nights later!
A Dissapointment. We have visited Saito’s on PGA blvd. many times over the past 3 years. It has declined to the point where we will not return. The quality of the food has declined in every way. The salad is just a bunch of iceberg with a ladle full of gravy like dressing all over it. The soup is plain salt water. They now charge $4. extra for fried rice. – even on the kids menu. Even the hibachi vegetables were made up of 70% onion.The service was rushed and the attitude of the entire staff has declined.

Had the filet on the hibachi. It was pretty standard hibachi show, but the food was very good. Didn’t try the sushi. The atmosphere was very nice and the bar is beautiful. Service was very nice and efficient.
This place sucks the sushi is terrible and not fresh. The rice is either rock hard or soft and mushy. The best place for sushi is Yu-Mi!
The best sushi in northern Palm Beach County although the dine-in meals are infinitely better than take-out. Try the JB Deluxe Roll.
