Ive been going to this Sal’s location for over two years like all other sals customer know that all the sals taste different and there is good and bad ones. This location in legacy is by far the best one the food is amazing every time we dine-in the service is good also but its the way the store is ran that makes it stand out everyone of the employees looks like and acts like they love working here. Plus the General Manager Chris comes to the table and talks to us almost ever visit making us feel like home. I see the reviews below thats why i decided to write a review cause those two are maybe an off night but trust me try it and you will love it.
Horrible!. My husband and I have vacationed in palm beach gardens for years and are always looking for new take out places. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! We ordered delivery at 7:30 pm on a Monday night, we were told it would be an hour…(ok a little long for a Monday) at 9 pm we decided to call. Turns out the phone girl got our phone number and address wrong and they couldn’t reach us. OK everyone makes mistakes… Wouldn’t you think they might re-make our food or maybe make it appear like they did (re-heat). Nope our food was ice cold and horrible, which happens when it sits in a car for 2 hours. No apology, no comp on our delivery bill, nothing. I should have listened to all the reviews!!
Horrible. My finance and I visited Sal’s after shopping at Legacy for a quick bite to eat and it was not even close to being worth the calories! My pasta came out… after 45 minutes of waiting… completely cold and uncooked. When I say uncooked, I mean it was literally hard and not edible! We told our server about it and she apologized and asked if we would like to speak with the manager, we said yes. The next thing I knew she was at our table with the bill, no manager. We asked again for the manager and she seemingly went to go get him or her, but they never came. She came by to collect the bill after a half hour of waiting for the manager, and we were so over waiting that we just paid it… $15 hard pasta and all! I will NEVER go back… worst place in gardens!
Sal’s is all aroun Palm Beach County, some are good some are not so good. This one is the by far worst I have been to, I was seated by the hostess, I was about to leave 15 minutes later when someone finally noticed I was sitting there. Food was cold and tasteless.
I am picky about italian food!. I visited the restaurant and purchased a pasta sampler to go. The person who took my order did not know much about the menu.The service was not very friendly but the food was amazing When I say not friendly I don’t mean that anyone was rude but they were not giving out too many smiles. It wasn’t very busy or else I would understand.The staff could use a lesson in hospitality. I hope the service gets better but I will continue to reccomend the food.
Just had lunch here and I would say it is quite good. The $5.99 lunch special comes with soup or salad, slice of cheese pizza and 1/2 a sub. Both our salads were very fresh, with an assortment of greens. Our subs were very good as well (I had the Italian Classico, my husband the Chicken Parm). The cheese pizza was the one thing that was lacking, but we really didn’t need anymore food anyway. I will definitely come back again.
Not what it could be. Average food, bad pizza and just too many of them. I hope the chain can figure out how to improve or will never stand up to County line, When the moon hits your eye, big apple etc…
