Terrible food. I had the Cobb Salad. Chicken was overly dry, greens were brown, lowest quality dressing tasted bad, avocados were also brown and overall taste was just bad bad…. Not worth a penny!… I returned the salad and got a chipotle chicken panini and was still terrible! Chicken was really dry and almost a week old with skin on it. Nothing special. Would not trust or recommend this restaurant.
This salad was not good! All the vegetables looked dead and the lettuce was dry! Oh and the guy serving was making my salad and cutting eggs at the same time! Dragging the eggs all over the counter eww. I asked for olive oil and he gives me some weird yellow oil ! If you take a look at the spring mix lettuce the edges are brown! Not fresh at all ! Chicken was gross… I just didnt like anything about this place! Wow and deffinatly not for $10.
Bad Event. Ok so i never go to the mall and wanted to eat healthy. So how about a salad , I order the chicken Caesar salad for $7.95, after that the employee ask me if i want anything else on the salad, i add olives , mushrooms and bacon bits.The salad looks great! When i get to the register to pay , my bill is over $10, and i am not getting a drink , just the salad. I tell the manager ringing me up the total is wrong , he scoffs at me that its right. I point to the giant menu board showing him a chicken Cesar salad is only $7.95. He then says toppings are extra and my salad only comes with croutons,chicken and cheese. So here is my beef , no where on the menu does it list what vegetables i can have in the salad or anywhere the cost of additional toppings. I point this out to him and he glares at me with the expression how dare I question him. OK so i understand if you want to charge extra for something that is any businesses right, but you need to have it listed on your menu or disclose that to the customer before hand. So after getting overcharged and rebuffed by the manager and having a stare off. I told him he could keep the salad and walked away. I will never return and have told everyone i know. So lets think about this , he could have easily charged me the correct price and politely informed me in the future additional toppings like olives are extra. If that would have happened i would have paid and had my salad and came back as a repeat customer and now knowing the extra charges have no problem with them . I can handle $2.00 more , but its the principal!So i went over to chickfila and got a great salad and great service!Learn some customer service salad sensations and update your menu accurately.
