Bad Customer Service. My friend took me their for breakfast. When my buddy and I explained to the owner that their was problem with the food. The owner sat there and argued with me and him. I am native resident of North Palm Beach my entire life born and raised. What huge mistake that owner made that day. Guess she does not understand the customer is always right. I have told about 15 friends not including my entire family not to ever go there. There are better places to eat with much friendlier staff. The was my initial visit and i would never go back even if the food were free. First and last visit.Don’t waste your time and money!!!!!!!!!
After reading all the positive reviews, I was excited to try this place out. . . I could not have been more disappointed! Where to begin? The coffee was no warmer than body temperature. We were bombarded by an extremely loud, unprofessional kitchen more interested in horseplay than getting food right. I ordered Eggs Benedict Florentine and they gave me a completely different Eggs Benedict than what I ordered. On top of that, they left the inedible plastic liner on slice of Canadian bacon in the first Eggs Benedict, so I figured the replacement one would have the plastic liner removed since I went out of my way to show it to the waitress. It didn’t!! At least they got me the correct Benedict this time, but they AGAIN left the plastic liner on the Canadian bacon!! I asked to speak with the owner or manager and she told me that no one else that day said anything about it so it must be ok!! She talked to the cook and he said it was ok. So just because the cook says its alright to eat this half-plastic/half-paper inedible liner! So am I just supposed to agree and choke it down!! The plastic was impossible to cut, even with my knife!! I even tried to chew it, thinking it might be ok like she and the cook said, but it was impossible to chew up, probably because it was freaking plastic!!!!! By this time, I was done and just wanted to leave. At least they took the Eggs Benedict off my bill, but I’ll never ever return to this place again in my life! It’s the most unapologetically amateur restaurant I’ve ever dined at!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plauge!
French toast. Wow. The real thing.. FT as it should be, thick and light. Even good grits!
Big portions friendly staff and challah French toast is amazing. Omelettes stuffed to the gills. Love it!!
Sarah’s offers great food and a super friendly atmosphere. I just had the Veggie Skillet and sampled their pancakes (ate every bite). Delicious.
Very good food and service!! We had the country fried steak and the eggs Benedict… Both were very tasty, the only thing I would say is the hash browns could have been cooked a little more. Great little hole in the wall for visitors! Lots of locals know about it
Great pancakes. Omlet was delicious but heavy on butter. So taste incredible but no way can you finish. Great service. I recommend.
