Great Meeting Room. ASIS Chapter 254 of Palm Beaches have been having monthly dinner meeting at the Tall Tales Restaurant for last 4 years. Our group of 30 plus enjoy great food, reasonable prices and great staff.
Real good. An awesome place good food good service had my wife’s 50 birthday party there 40 people all went well all was good the staff went out of there way to let us do whatever we wanted they were very open to our decorating ideas it was a good time
Manager from Hell. Worst dining experience of my life. 1. Waited for drink order for over 10 minutes. 2. Waited to place order for over 20 minutes, because the bar tender was our waitress even though we were sitting in the restaurant area. She had to go back to the bar before she could take our order. 3. Waited for 45 minutes for our food. 4. Frog legs were under cooked. One order didn’t come out for another 10 minutes. 5. We asked another waiter for ketchup for the fries and burger, that was made clear it was an inconvenience. 6. Had to wait 10 minutes with no drinks for refills, 4 sweet teas. Were brought back 4 unsweet tea. 7. The worst part of the whole trip, it was not the waiter and waitresses fault. The manager was completely psycho. I saw him snap his fingers at the staff, pointing in the face, and physically grab a waitress by her arm. The entire staff was stressed out and you could feel the tension and uncomfortablness throughout the entire restaurant. I was going to file a formal complaint with the restaurant but there is no contact info for anybody over him.
Love it, the service was awesome, the BBQ chicken pizza was better than at CPK, and out food arrived in something like 5 minutes, highly recommended.
We wanted to try something different. When we got there 2 different waiters didn’t want us at their table as they were too busy. Our waitress was wonderful, but fries came out instead of Mac and cheese. The elk then came out well done instead of medium rare. I saw, from where we were sitting that the cook was screaming at the waitress. The manager came over and he said he was only there for 5 days and was totally useless, admitting he had difficulties with that cook. The night was a total disaster. No thanks to tall tales.
Excellent food. The buffalo burger was awesome! My wife had the pulled (diced??) pork sandwich and she said it was good as well.
