Service is terrible. OHP needs Gordon Ramsey. The management and service is horrible. We keep coming back because of the convenience and the food is not bad. However you may want to invest in your own Swiss Army knife so you can eat your breakfast when you get it. We’ve always waited at least 25 minutes to be seated and another 25 minutes to be fed. A simple time management plan would help this restaurant.

I went to the house of pancake located on northlake near palmbeach gardens service was good until i ordered a greek omlette.i was terribly disappointed it tasted like grease and rotten cheese ive eaten this before at other locations and never had that experience what was bothersome to me is that when we received the bill the manager didnt take it off after i sent it back.so i called the server over and asked to speak to the manager at first he tried to debate that he tastsed it and there was nothing wrong.very wrong approach when dealing with a complaint i dont know where he learned how to be a manger but his skills suck then i asked him if he could take it off the bill i didnt like it and then i explained which was ridiculous cause when u are a manager especially with really customers which we were..you appologize for any mishaps and compensate by accomidating another choice on the menu he needs to go back to school no management skills!

I wasn’t impressed. The food was bland and cold. The huevos rancheros were a runny, sloppy mess and the pancakes weren’t very good either. We won’t be going back.
Remembered this place being great when they had the location on US1. Not anymore.The portions were small and it was way overpriced! Our waitress was extremely nice but she can’t control the prices or what the cooks are making. The pancakes tasted good, but there weren’t enough of them! My wife ordered the apple crepes and it consisted of one crepe that was the size of a soft taco from Taco Bell.There’s plenty of good breakfast places in West Palm Beach and there’s no reason to bother with the Pancake House. fromballparkstobbq.com
Their Caesar salad consisted of lettuce, tomato, and white onion… My Ruben came on pumpernickel bread… Home fries were soggy. It would have been better and cheaper at a Denny’s.
