Nearly waited 22 minutes for a chicken cheesesteak and it wasn’t busy, which turned out to not be very good. Cashier was rude, and soon after ordering she went back and talked to cooks. Pretty sure they were holding order in back. As I was leaving food court with my drink a large group of business men stopped me and asked, how was my lunch. I said horrible and recommended the two spots next two them. Half an hour or so later, there were the suits walking around the mall with cups from the restaurants next to the restaurant. Power of customer feedback.
I ordered a large cheesesteak with mushrooms and sweet peppers. Not only was the food ready in impeccable time, but the young boy who cooked my steak sandwich brought it to me himself once he saw the wait staff were busy. Amazing service and amazing food!
