A New Years to remember….. It has been 13 days 5 hours and 21 minutes since I sat down a the Verdea.I am still dreaming of the experience. To sum it upDelicious.The whole night was exquisite.As I walked through the beautiful Embassy Hotel and enter the restaurant. It was amazingly good looking.When i was seated. My wonderful server Sabrina began the dining fantasy.The menu for the night was perfect for the holiday taste. No one dish out-shined the other. Each was a star on its own. This food was the epitome of South Florida fine dining. I have a new standard of food and ambiancethank you Verdea.

Incredible experience!. We tried Verdia for the first time this trip and we will definitely be back! The atmosphere is warm and trendy, the service was excellent and Chef James Kelly is amazing! We had the foie gras, mussels, seafood paella and the foraged mushroom gnocchi. Everything was absolutely divine! The gnocchi was the best I have ever eaten! Our waiter recommended a wonderful wine and after dinner we walked around to the wine bar and bought two bottles at a very reasonable price! All in all we loved our night at Verdia!
New high end addition at Embassy Suites hotel. Mediterranean influenced modern cuisine with seasonal menu. Beautiful decor. Excellent beverage and wine program, wine bar, and retail. Cigars available for patio smoking.
