Award winning chef Christopher Artrip has been serving the highest quality barbecue experience in the Tampa Bay Area. We truly pride ourselves on geniune hospitality and making sure our guests taste the difference in our food. Our meats are all of the highest quality, and our teams are trained in delivering amazing product, day in and day out. Simply put, we stand by the quality of our food and service. Our Smoker we named "Clifford the Iron Dog" is a J&R Oyler 1300 Model, One of four in the state of Florida, and the only one currently operating in Pinellas County, Florida.
