We love this place! We’ve eaten lots of Thai food and this place is the best in the area. Personal favorite dish is the Pad Se-Ew. Extra spicy. The food is always fresh and served hot. We have yet to be disappointed.
Would never go back! First red flag was the odd smell upon entering, like musty smell of dirty carpeting. Agree with Kempy review of 2/10/13. Food was unamazing and barely average. The crab rangoons were burnt/over fried, and the pad thai was swimming in peanut sauce making it sickenly sweet. The worst was I used a $20 Groupon coupon for two, making the meal value$68.75, and they added on to my bill an automatic18% gratuity saying that is the contract they have with Groupon, and the server was very direct that is what it is, and they can’t break the contract…BS!!! I’ve made a complaint to Groupon, but if you have already purchased a $20 coupon, cut your losses and don’t go there wasting your time or any more money. I would never go back there- you do, do so at your own risk.
The food is amazing. Huge menu and something for everyone. Reasonably priced. Great service and the owners are very hands on making sure you are happy as their customer. Every time I’ve gone in I’ve had a great experience
My food here was just okay. The service was good, but the food arrived rather cold. The restaurant had an odd smell (a non-food odd smell, I should add), and bachata music was playing the entire time. Overall, food average, atmosphere below average.
Food 4/5. The food was great . Worth waiting for . The services was good. But a little slow. Our sever 4/5. one of the owner was cutting string beans and eating while the sever had 3 tables by herself. the male owner brought us the food. He was very funny and happy. We had a great conversation . The male owner and the sever had great connection . they were cracking jokes. Which I thought was cool between the owner and employee. uthaI was the owner name . and samdy was our sever . Ask for them next time you eat at Orchids .
Mr charie. I currently went to this resturant, it had been a long time, since they changed the owner, Things were not the same the orchid room was change o Buffet room, The uniform of staff changed too. they do not dress like Thai traditional no more, one girl dress like go to Walmart, the other girl still were skits, but not like the same, food taste Ok, but still not so good, Only thing remain is a girl who were the silk skits, She is good, she knows what I want without have to look at the menu, hope they get rid of the buffet cause I like that room so much. Poor service and the food/ atmosphere were not that great. The buffet was pretty unappealing.
