I guess this place is a small Florida chain and there is already one in Carrollwood but it wasmy first time to a 4 Rivers when the one opened by me in South Tampa. This is different than most of the BBQ joints we are used to here as you get in line and place your order and the counter and its pretty much ready when you get to the cash register (leaves no time to actually look at their amazing dessert selection). So its fast, fresh and pretty tasty. They have a huge menu and its hard to decide and I need to go back and just try all their desserts (it appears they make them in house for their restaurants). The BBQ sauce was very tasty which is very important and all the sides we had were great. We had the brisket and smoked chicken and both were great, I would definitely go back.
