Delicious Korean fare served by an energetic staff. Bulgogi beef was good, as was the seafood soups and appetizers. Portion sizes were good and we brought home plenty of leftovers. Overall value for the steep-ish price was impacted by service speed and ambiance. Competition in these areas by other nearby places is tough.

Try MiSooks Grilled Squid Bulgogi while it is still on the menu. Very fresh selection of banchan (side dishes) served with entrees — try the Arirang potato salad and house made kimxhi. Deliciously seasoned and perfectly cooked grilled squid was a winner for my lunch visit yesterday. Enjoy the seafood pancake; it is fabulously stuffed with squid, shrimp, and vefetables. My daughter ordered it and it is enough for two meals !
Great service great food. Best korean restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’ve seen many. Great atmosphere friendly staff and food uniquely great as gluten-free sauce on my vegetarianism choice of fresh foods was delightful stray from easy made. Mi sook was very friendly made us feel like family.
Yuk Gae Jang. It was still boiling when it was delivered to my table, which was a good thing. It was heavenly. It was a soup with a rich and tasty broth. The balance between salty and spicy was very astoundingly perfect and equally level with the side items such as seaweed, kimchi, rice, and sweet beans. The soup was a mixture of vegetables and meat. We ate with the metal chop sticks first followed by the soup spoon. I have eating many soups from around the world and I must say that this soup was a perfect 10. Very well prepared. This soup from this resturaunt should be on everyone’s bucket list as something to eat before they pass away for the chef is truly a genius. Well worth the hour’s drive. This is truly Tampa’s hidden secret!
What a great place to eat. I love everything: the food, the ambiance, the service, the warm welcome of the owner Misook. The portion are generous. For two I would suggest to share some dumpling and a Bulgogi for example. The Bulgogi comes with at least 6 different sides, and when the side dish bowls are empty, if you are still hungry they will refill it for you.If you want wine, BYOB.
Try it out!. The food is delicious, authentic and actually feels pretty healthy. I love all the sides that come with the meals. i had the bibimbap in the stone bowl so the rice was crispy, and the kimchi pancake. yum! staff very friendly and trying very hard. In response to all those negative reviews, I ate there last week and service was fine. they are new and local and just working out the kinks.Try their cinnamon tea for dessert! its homemade and delicious.
