First time diners for Korean food, except for the Beef Galbi (lateral sawed beef short ribs) that our son-in-law prepares for us when we visit. The hospitality of the co-owners was awesome, & the service was special. We were one of three tables eating early on a Friday night in this small restaurant on South MacDill.The Yaki Mandu (fried pork n’ veggies potstickers) were good & hot, tasty, but noticeably smaller than your usual. Our Beef & Chicken Bulgogis were tasty but a tad dry, sliced thin. My Hite (Korean) beer was too light for this Anglo-Saxon’s taste, but I had to try it. Everyone liked the scallion pancake with the customary soy dipping sauce.I tried all eight (8) of the Banchan (vegetable side dish medley). Regrettably, everything tasted much the same, i.e. sour, spicy sour, sour, etc.
