Didn’t think healthy eating would be this easy. I have been trying to lose weight for 6 months and even though I work out I don’t have healthy eating habits. I heard about Fit life foods months ago but was hesitant because of the price. I am thrilled I started the Fit life Food Challenge. The food is very good, and I enjoy eating smaller meals 5x/day. The price can be intimidating, but you can find ways around it. Create your own snacks, make your own breakfast and look to Fitlife for your lunch and dinner. I am telling you it is worth it. Their food is good and healthy. It saves me time not having to cook and time not having to clean the kitchen after cooking. I have lost 6 pounds and I have been on the program less than a week (I am eating ONLY fit life foods). Eggs Florentine, miso salmon, and the apples with the almond butter/cinnamon dip(cant remember name) are all my favorite. To give you an idea of the price- I bought 3 days worth of food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack for all 3 days) and it came out to about $90.00) I did buy more expensive items, and like I said you can lower the price by eating fruits/veggies for snack and sticking to the cheaper meals they offer. If you are thinking about getting on a diet or getting meals to eat at home that are ready to eat…you have to try Fitlife Foods! I am VERY happy with them!

Good but not consistant. I love this idea (in fact for two years I tried to convince my friend to start a business with this exact same concept … Fitlife beat me to it!) I have been in a lot (the one in Safety Harbor/Clearwater is by my house). Everything I’ve tried has been really great (with the exception of one meal). The problem is when I first started coming in I was told that you could purchase meals that had same date expirations on them for 1/2 price. I thought this was great. Next few times I came in of course there were none of these deals available and I was told it was because they are bought in the morning. This rules me out because I work from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm. The kicker was the young girl that was working there told me that people come in and buy them all up (supposedly for friends?) The next time I came in there were some of these same date items on the shelf which I was not ‘allowed’ to buy because they now have a 12 per day cap on the same day items that they can sell. Really confusing… kind of felt like bait and switch. Even the poor girl trying to explain it to me admitted that it didn’t make sense to her either. Very disappointing. Seems like only a few select people are able to benefit from these very elusive ‘deals’. The girls that work there are very informative and attentive. Overall the food is good, the cost is about the same as a big fast food meal but will make you feel great! It is extremely convenient and leaves no excuse for people to not eat healthy. I would still like to be able to get a ‘deal’ once in awhile though. I can see limiting the same day ‘sales’ to one per person… but not to 12 per day and practically all 12 to the same person! Really? The apple with almond butter snacks are AMAZING!!

Bbq and udon. After looking at prices and realizing i can spend as much if not more eating fast food I tried them. To my surprise (i’m a meat and potatoes person) the healthy food tasted pretty good. High in protein bbq and mac n cheese was really good. The sauce tasted homemade with a tang of fruit almost but really good. It’s definitely better than eating fast food and about the same cost. A great choice for someone living on their own trying to get back into shape like me.

I tried this again after a six month break. The menu is essentially unchanged which means expensive tastless small portion’s that need to be microwaved prior to eating!16 Aug, 2011High hopes ending with tasteless frozen food in a microwave container that one takes home and nukes! A big NO if taste is a consideration.

Good not great and a bit too expensive for a little container of food regardless of quality

Yummy!. I just finished eating my morning breakfast, the muesli from Fitlife foods. It’s so delicious and it holds me for the whole morning without being hungry. The new Kickin’Udon Noodle Salad is a great addition to their snacks, it’s so fresh and filling.I love the Feta Stuffed Chicken and eat it at least once a week. Thanks, Fitlife, for making my life easier, no need to cook everyday!!!
