Great food, comfortable atmosphere. Great pasta, that the whole family enjoyed. I had the Lasagne Calabrese and it was delicious. I recommend this place, it has a great family atmosphere.
Real Italian Food!!. I had such a wonderful experience at this restaurant. From the awesome service to the delicious food! I am originally from NJ and can count on my hand how many places make a good sauce. This place is it! And the chicken marsala is out of this world delicious! Unfortunately I realized after I left the restaurant that I tipped the incorrect amount after one too many glasses of wine and felt horrible! Her name was Felicia and she was outstanding and nice as can be. I will be sending you money in the mail if you are reading this! I highly recommend this restaurant for exquisite Italian food!
Fantastic! ! Such great Italian food in a quaint spot.
Food too salty. Good was too salty to eat. atmosphere bland. An Italian restaurant playing Frank Sinatra music?
Neighbourhood Go To. Place I have been going to for years….the food is good. Especially the spinach salad. Wish we felt more enthusiastic about heading to the restaurant. There seems to be a lot of staff turnover and projects that have not been completed. Good Luck Mario’s as SOGA needs you.
Hidden Gem. I almost don’t want to write this as the place is small and quaint and don’t want to get the word out, but they do have good food and friendly staff. The pizza is awesome and we had four different people ask how everything was. One of my favorite local places for Italian food. Sometimes I like to get a beer order a pizza and watch a ballgame or hockey at the bar.
Limoncello cake mmm. We had a living social that we used to try out this restaurant. For 33 dollars we each got an alcoholic beverage, a salad, choice of entre or pasta and on dessert to share. When we first arrived, I was a bit uncomfortable because it is a VERY small restaurant. I quickly got over my claustrophobia when the waitress placed fresh bake bread and bruschetta. I had sparkling wine and my fianc had a beer. I ordered chicken Mediterranean and my fianc ordered chicken parmigiana. The food was delicious, the only complaint was the portion size was a bit small. Then we shared the limoncello cake, which was AMAZING. The waitress was very friendly and all in all it was a nice experience. The entrees are very reasonably priced 10-16 dollars. I would definitely consider going back.
