The manager is a piece of workMy wife placed an order with CJ for a pound and a half of pulled pork to be picked up between 3 and 3:30 that afternoon. I came in at 3:15 to pick up the order and the order was not ready. She was off to the ranting that she had to get an order for 10 pounds of pulled pork and didn’t think she would have enough for my order. I informed her that our order was placed in the morning and we were not told there would be a problem. I was made to wait until 4 pm to get 1/2 a pound of pulled pork after arguing with the manager. If you are a manager have systems in place to make sure you are going to have enough product for your customers instead of waiting until the customer shows up to pick up the order. The manager was argumentative, disrespectful, and condescending.She was more concerned with making sure that she had enough pulled pork for her 10 pound order than she did with filling my pound and a half order and was willing to act about as unprofessional as I have ever seen.The manager has NO business working in this establishment. And if you condone her kind of behavior you have no business being in business either.

Get the filet sandwich. You MUST get the filet sandwich. Absolutely the best thing on the menu!
The food at Robert’s is some of the best around.The building needs to leveled and a new one put up. Order your food togo. Amazing meats, Robert’s never disappoints with the quaility of their meat.
