Garbage food, worse service. The Lemon Tree is better. Ten fold.
Most excellent in Tampa Bay. We went for a special occasion- from the moment we walked in the door the service is excellent there fast courteous friendly very endearing & the ambiance is absolutely beautiful! Thefood is even better than that! The food is out of this world. Thai food is known for flavor and the flavor exchanges are true love! Absolutely the best Thai food I’ve ever had!
Very Disappointed. Where is Robert Irvine when you need him. I should have been clued in when we opened the door and the place did not smell clean. Since we did not want to be rude we reluctantly took a chance. So sorry we did. The spring rolls were rubbery and looked like they were right out of the freezer. The Pad Thai was ok but had an odd flavor that I could not put my finger on. Finally we ordered the Peanut Sauce dish that the server proclaimed as her favorite. I say it tasted like it was right out of a can. Needless to say we will not patron Rouen Thai again. I really think we need to do them a favor and call Restrant Impossible to help them out. On a positive note the service was good. They were fast and courteous. I wish them well.05 Aug, 2014Very Disappointed. Where is Robert Irvine when you need him. Great food and ambience. Very good Thai food. Can order the pad thai without egg if needed. I got the order to go and it was ready when I got there. Staff was very friendly and restaurant appeared clean and orderly. Very beautiful inside. If you park in front of the restaurant don’t hit the yellow poles while backing out. You can see the light pole quite clearly in your rear view mirror but the yellow posts protecting it are too short and everyone hits them.
Yummy!. My husband and I went to Rouen Thai restaurant on a Monday night for the first time, it was so good!!! The service was fast and friendly and the food was so yummy, I’m afraid my husband might eat my leftovers tomorrow. Good stuff and affordable.
My first time eating from here. Food was very good. I got the hurricane scallop lunch special to go and it was a perfect portion, amazing taste. Service was very friendly and kind as well as fast!
Good Thai. Light flavors, quick and fresh. Service a bit slow but friendly and helpful. Not that hot, ask for the spice box to heat things up if you really want fire. Overall very good! Good prices and menu too.
